Welcome to the Guilford Free Library Teen Page!
The library offers a range of programs for students ages 12 to 18. Please register for each of these programs using the links to the right, or by calling the library at 203-453-8282. All programs are free of charge.
Teen Writing Club: Madison resident Leslie Connor is an award-winning author of several books for young adults, including Waiting for Normal and Crunch who periodically hosts a Teen Writing Club and other writing programs.
College Preparation: The library hosts experts in the field of college admissions, such as the Princeton Review and College4Less.
Practice Exams: The library hosts monthly practice college exams including PSATs, SATs, and ACTs. Practice SAT and ACT exams will be held one Saturday a month from January-April. Check back for confirmed dates. Please register.
Special Interest Clubs: Potterheads is a club for Harry Potter fans in grades 5 to 12. It meets monthly on the 4th Tuesday of every month. Check the calendar for dates as we do skip some months. Guilford Gamers is a new club for local teen gamers to hang out, play, and talk all things video games. The first meeting is Friday, January 6 and the club will meet every first Friday of the month.
Crafts, Games, & More: In addition to our series, we offer many one-off programs such as crafts, trivia nights, game days, and more! Check out the Teen Events calendar for all upcoming programs.
